Menopause typically occurs around the age of 50 and can last from a few months to several years. We offer counseling and discussion on health, lifestyle and sexuality during menopause. Additionally we provide examinations and advice for genital issues caused by dry mucous membranes. Please not that midwives do not prescribe estrogen prepatations; this must be done by a physician.
Appointments are available from March 1, 2025.
The visit costs 200 SEK in accordance with Region Skånes patient fees and is included in the high-cost protection.
